The Company Frutta C2 - History

Tradition and passion for fruit : ingredients of a well-established experience in selling wholesale.

Frutta C2 originates from the cooperation of two traditional Farms which, for over a fifty-year period and two generations, produced peaches and nectarines in a renowned territory as Rosegaferro, in the province Verona, an area that in 2006 obtained the IGP brand (Protected Geographical Indication) as a recognition of Story and Quality of a product .

During this first period Frutta C2 maintains the name and features of a Farm with the aim of enhancing the value of its production and seeking new market outlets through innovative fruit packaging and conditioning systems.

In 1985 Verona began kiwi production, Frutta C2 tests the first plantations, steps out of its fruit conditioning and provisioning activity, and commits itself to market neighboring fruit producer.

In 1988 Frutta C2 moves to its current address, Via Dossi n° 24. Since then many enlargements have been made, technical and organizational updating improvements, with the building of further cold storage rooms, and extension development of processing departments.

Attention to product's quality and structure's specialization have opened new market outlets in the field of selling wholesale and exportation.

Today, Frutta C2 offers its product exclusively to Italian and worldwide GDO buyers.
